| P-BTK

Bruton's tyrosine kinase (abbreviated as Btk or BTK), also known as tyrosine-protein kinase BTK, is a tyrosine kinase encoded by the BTK gene that plays a critical role in B-cell development. BTK consists of five distinct protein-interaction domains. These include an N-terminal pleckstrin homology (PH) domain, a proline-rich Tec homology (TH) domain, Src homology (SH) domains SH2 and SH3, and a catalytic kinase domain responsible for its enzymatic activity.
